7 Nights Dahabiya “Dream”Itinerary
Day 1 Monday Cruise Luxor – Aswan
Depending on your flight arrival time you will be collected from Luxor airport/hotel you will be met and transferred by private air-conditioned bus to check onto Dahabiya Dream.
Day 2 Tuesday Luxor East Bank
After breakfast you will be taken to visit the largest temple in Egypt, the magnificent Karnak temple. The complex is a vast open-air museum and the largest ancient religious site in the world. You will then go onto Luxor temple which was dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Chons and was built during the New Kingdom.
In the afternoon there will be the option to go camel or donkey riding.

Day 3 Wednesday West Bank -Esna
In the morning after breakfast, visit the West bank of Luxor, Valley of the Kings, temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch enjoy the experience of sailing down the Nile to El Kab.

Day 4 Thursday El Kab – Edfu – Fouaza Island
After breakfast you will visit El Kab which was one of the first cities in Egypt and parts of the imposing walls are still to be seen. Then onto Edfu where you will visit the beautifully preserved temple dedicated to Horus dating back to 200BC. After your visit, return to “Dream” and sail to El Fouza.
Moor on the riverbank at El Fouaza and enjoy dinner.
Day 5 Friday Gebel el Silsila - Kom Ombo
Sail to Gebel el Silsila where the sandstone for the temples of Southern Egypt was quarried. The great Stele of Akhenaten came from here and it is thought that 3000 labourers produced the quarried stone that built the Ramesseum.
Then sail onto visit the temple dedicated to the Gods Haroreris and Sobek, the crocodile god. Then we will continue to sail to Aswan.

Day 6 Saturday Aswan
After breakfast you will be going on a tour to visit the high Dam passing by the old dam of Aswan, then take a motorboat to cross the Nile to visit one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt ISIS temple built on the Philea Island.
Evening option to go to the Sound and Light show at Philae Temple.
Day 7 Sunday Abu-Simbel Option
There will be an early morning option to visit the temples of Abu Simbel, or take a free morning to relax and enjoy the city of Aswan.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to by private air-conditioned bus to Luxor to stay overnight or to catch a flight to Cairo if you are doing the Cairo option, or your departure flight is from Cairo.

Day 8 Monday Departure
In the morning you will be transferred to Cairo/Luxor airport to catch your international flight home.
You can add on days to visit Cairo, the Red Sea or any other choice to make your holiday as you would like it to be. Prices will be quoted upon request.
